Why would a hospital issue an appeal on a court order and then call?
There are too many variables here for me to give even a cursory answer. I need to know: What jurisdiction? What was the court order? What was the appeal? Was the appeal decided? Why was the nurse trespassing? Who ordered the antibodies and ivermectin? Was the nurse acting unilaterally? What led the nurse to believe she was acting within her rights?
