Aside from having a protective order or a restraining order put on?
Actually, I dont know of any way one could be arrested for trespassing on property one truly owned. Even with a court order, the charge would be disobeying the court order, not trespassing. However, that leaves open the question of ownership. Many people have been arrested for trespassing upon property they claimed they owned, but actually did not. And it leaves open the question of the many other reasons one may be prohibited from being present upon land one owns (what comes to mind first is a sex offender who may be prohibited from being in places close to where children congregate, even if the offender owns that place).
