I would need to review the order and the papers filed in support of it to get a better idea, but I am guessing the daughter thinks you are taking financial advantage of the man and the Judge who signed the order thinks there is a good chance you are an elder abuser. Elder abuse is a really serious problem and a lot of people do not know much about it until their parents get old and the abusers start coming around. Judges take elder abuse pretty seriously and I think if you were to get married to the man you would have a very angry judge and you might end up in jail. But again, I would need to look at the papers to get a better idea.
