Can you be given a no trespassing order for being in a private?
You can be given a No Trespassing order to a private building at any time, pre-pandemic or after. The mask-wearing and vaccination status may have nothing to do with it. Private ownership means you can be denied access at any time for any reason. If you think the order is excessive, you can object, all the way up to a lawsuit.
