What measures has to be taken if someone, who has already trespassed?
If some one tries to enter a property without the permission of the owner, it amounts to trespass. If there is a court order ordering removal of a trespasser and he tries to enter again the very same property, it is contempt of court. You can use both the grounds and approach Police for necessary action.
