How do I file a trespasser order?
What I use to see when I worked Customer Service in pharmacy retail is: trespasser has to have been asked to leave and/or not return in past; police department is contacted on arrival; the police will hand over a card for information to posted in the business office; a photograph of the trespasser is taken and maintained with the card. This is known as a trespass warrant, and if the person returns, a police department call is made by way of referring to a trespass warrant. The person, at minimum, is jailed.
