Can you, without a court order, lawfully remove a trespass on your?
Our ranch property is clearly marked No Trespass! We have a subdivision to the North of us. That does not stop some of the brazen individuals that like to snoop, steal, fish, hunt or walk around. These signs are every twenty feet facing both sides. Each gate has one on it, every dead man post corner and twenty-five extra support areas. Most are hunting during NO HUNTING season of anything. Yes, I have asked numerous individuals to leave. About half immediately leave and I tell them not to come back. The other half want to argue about it. These are grown men and not children. Cell phones take great pictures! I always go out armed. It is not like it was twenty years ago.
