So long as you have properly documented that you have given them a warning to not step foot on your property, then yes, legally speaking. They were trespassing. I hope you called the police, though. A judge might notice if you didn't, and it'll look like you were selectively enforcing when you wanted them there. Your case will probably get thrown out.
